At RobCam Blinds, we install Norman® Phoenixwood venetians. They are hand crafter using Phoenixwood, a light weight premium plantation hardwood and come in a variety of finishes. Choose from light and dark timber look stains or a white painted finish. We also offer two material types for our timber venetians: basswood printed or grain. All our timber blinds come with a matching Fascia cover so you can be sure that the blinds integrate with the cover smoothly no matter the look you choose. These venetians come in two different panel widths, 50 mm or 63 mm depending on the look you desire.
Timber venetian blinds can be installed either in your window recess (where your window frame sits deep in the wall) or your window face (where your window frame is in level with the wall). This makes them adaptable to a variety of window types.
Cleaning timber venetians is a very simple process. To maintain the look of your blinds, we recommend wiping the blinds down with a warm damp cloth periodically. Or you can simply dust them down with a duster. This prevents the build-up of dust between the panels. Our timber venetian blinds also come with a UV lacquer finish for extra protection against the sun, so they have a long life.
